We have provided care services for people in the community, residential homes, day centres and a variety of care sectors for over a number of years. We are fully registered with CQC and provide effective care service in a positive and friendly manner. We have just had our inspection. We pride ourselves in equal opportunity and diversity. We believe in working in a professional and competent environment therefore all our staff are fully trained, with valid DBS, up to date CV, 10 years work history where necessary and valid references.

Our basic training includes Skills for care Induction to enable our staff to be aware of the new legislation within the health and social care sector. We conduct a rigorous recruitment check and ensure that all staff have the right to work in the UK. We encourage our staff to be responsible and accountable of their own actions therefore emphasising on the need to be aware of health and safety, risk assessment, duty of care, confidentiality and information management. All our staff have completed their training on Mental Capacity Act and manage clients and customers with respect.

Achievers Care Solutions Limited: offer ranges of care and support services to any individual over the age of 18 years who have learning difficulty, challenging behaviour, dementia, Alzheimer’s and other multiple or complex needs. All our care services are based on the client individual support plan and our staff have good listening and communication skills.
